How long do I have to wait to get my license restored?
Two offenses within seven years means a one-year wait. Three or more offenses within ten years means a five-year wait with at least one year of demonstrated sobriety.
Can I get my criminal record expunged?
Michigan’s Clean Slate law significantly expanded eligibility. You may petition to set aside up to three felony convictions and unlimited misdemeanors. Learn more.
